We are driven towards building environmentally friendly homes adapted for the British climate. Throughout each build we carefully consider materials for their environmental impact and performance. In many of our projects we have installed rainwater filter systems, reducing the amount of mains water used, and solar energy systems lowering energy costs. Where we can, we design for airtightness, reducing heat loss during cooler weather.

Innovative Development recognises the importance of visualising your project. We provide 3D renders as well as virtual reality tours of your renovated home. Through this process, you can view your proposed plans from a real-life perspective which greatly aids the decision making process and sign off process.

From CCTV installations, Intruder Alarm Systems through to Access Control, each programme meets the highest standards using the latest in security technology and is fitted by qualified and experienced engineers.

At Innovative Development London, we pride ourselves on operating in a transparent manner. We cover all bases factoring in important services such as building control fees, structural calculations and accurate material costs. There are no hidden fees when a client carries out a build with us. All of our work meets the regulatory standards.
